Data Retention

jiliveo retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active jiliveo account, and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance documentation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jiliveo will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

If jiliveo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, jiliveo will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any deposits made, less any amounts already wagered, in accordance with jiliveo's Terms & Conditions.
