Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliveo ("jiliveo," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jiliveo.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of the jiliveo website, mobile application, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

jiliveo operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The Platform is intended solely for use by residents and visitors within jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jiliveo complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

These Terms should be read together with jiliveo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jiliveo.

Eligibility

To register and use the jiliveo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style gaming. jiliveo strictly enforces this age restriction and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or play.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jiliveo, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jiliveo Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jiliveo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jiliveo may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the jiliveo Platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jiliveo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jiliveo employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiliveo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliveo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliveo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jiliveo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines, jiliveo is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from making withdrawals.

User Conduct

By using the jiliveo Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other player accounts, or jiliveo's internal systems.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by jiliveo.
• Engage in money laundering or use the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or jiliveo staff through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information to jiliveo at any time.

jiliveo reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the jiliveo Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliveo accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jiliveo's discretion.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jiliveo does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your jiliveo account upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiliveo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Currency

The jiliveo Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PHP. jiliveo does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. jiliveo processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for details.
• jiliveo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• jiliveo will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

Bonuses & Promotions

jiliveo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to Philippine occasions such as PBA season, national holidays, and special gaming events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• jiliveo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

Games & Fair Play

jiliveo offers a range of online gaming products including live casino games, electronic slot machines, Bingo, Tongits Go, Pool Rummy, and other games as may be added to the Platform from time to time. All games are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and are subject to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All digital games on the jiliveo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results or player behavior. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jiliveo reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. jiliveo's decision in such matters is final. Winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction are void and will not be paid out.

8.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jiliveo's customer support team within 72 hours of the disputed game round. jiliveo will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of jiliveo's investigation is final and binding.

Responsible Gaming

jiliveo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the jiliveo Platform may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be created.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliveo Platform — including but not limited to the jiliveo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliveo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliveo Platform without the prior written consent of jiliveo.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliveo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime or technical issues.

jiliveo's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliveo does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiliveo will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Termination

jiliveo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiliveo reasonably believes that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jiliveo, other players, or the integrity of the Platform;
• jiliveo is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, jiliveo reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, any real-money balance in the account. Where termination is not for cause, jiliveo will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your jiliveo account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jiliveo's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Players who have unresolved complaints regarding jiliveo's operations may also escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Amendments

jiliveo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliveo will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the jiliveo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
