Each player is permitted to hold only one jiliveo account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

These Terms should be read together with jiliveo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jiliveo.
Last Updated: These Terms were last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. jiliveo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use the jiliveo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
jiliveo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jiliveo may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law. jiliveo will report suspected cases of identity fraud to the appropriate authorities.
To access the full features of the jiliveo Platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jiliveo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jiliveo employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiliveo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliveo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliveo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jiliveo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines, jiliveo is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from making withdrawals.

jiliveo reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.
All deposits on the jiliveo Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliveo accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jiliveo's discretion.
The jiliveo Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PHP. jiliveo does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Anti-Money Laundering: jiliveo is required by Philippine law to report suspicious financial transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Unusual deposit patterns may trigger a review of your account and a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation.
Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. jiliveo processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
jiliveo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to Philippine occasions such as PBA season, national holidays, and special gaming events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
jiliveo reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or has violated the spirit of any promotional offer.

All digital games on the jiliveo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results or player behavior. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jiliveo reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. jiliveo's decision in such matters is final. Winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jiliveo's customer support team within 72 hours of the disputed game round. jiliveo will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of jiliveo's investigation is final and binding.
jiliveo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Players who wish to self-exclude from the jiliveo Platform may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be created.

Age Restriction: jiliveo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement mandated under Philippine law. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.
All content on the jiliveo Platform — including but not limited to the jiliveo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliveo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliveo Platform without the prior written consent of jiliveo.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliveo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime or technical issues.
jiliveo's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliveo does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiliveo will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
jiliveo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiliveo reasonably believes that:
Upon termination for cause, jiliveo reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, any real-money balance in the account. Where termination is not for cause, jiliveo will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method.
You may close your jiliveo account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jiliveo's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Players who have unresolved complaints regarding jiliveo's operations may also escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
jiliveo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliveo will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the jiliveo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
